By accessing or using TigLex, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Use of Service

TigLex offers language learning through AI-powered speech coaching and interactive book reading. Users may access the service freely with or without an account. However, without creating an account, progress and custom data will not be saved.

3. Subscriptions

TigLex is free to use. Users may optionally subscribe to access additional premium features. Subscription details, pricing, and terms will be provided during the upgrade process.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect limited information including email (for account features), learning progress, and voice recordings for speech analysis. Voice data is processed locally and not stored on our servers.

5. Account and Usage

Each session of the app is intended for use by one user at a time. Account sharing is not permitted. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.

6. Children and Minors

TigLex may be used by minors. Parents or guardians should supervise use for children under 13, as required by local law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and materials on TigLex are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users may not reverse engineer, misuse, share accounts, or attempt unauthorized access to the service. Misuse may lead to account suspension.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violating these terms or engaging in disruptive, harmful, or unlawful behavior.

10. Changes to Terms

TigLex may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
